Watts and Park Air Systems AS Establish Cooperative Arrangement For End-Fire Glide Slope Antenna Sales in China: 

First Model 106 Installation Completed in January 2007

Herndon, VA: 31 January 2007: Watts Antenna Company is pleased to announce that Park Air Systems AS has completed the installation of a Model 106 End-fire Glide Slope Antenna Systems at Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, China, the first end-fire system fielded in that country.  This system is the initial purchase by Park Air from Watts under an exclusive supply agreement between the two companies for end-fire systems in China.

John H. Johnson Sr., president of Watts Antenna Company, commented, “For several customers in Europe and South America, we have supplied end-fire systems for installations with ILS station equipment manufactured by Park Air Systems.  Our direct contact with Park Air has grown over the last three years through our joint efforts with the Watts Model 201 Localizer at Geneva, Switzerland, and end-fire installations at Zurich and in Colombia.  Park Air has also approached us about a number of difficult sites where our products could provide technically feasible, cost-effective solutions.”
